Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and upgrades
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
