Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure including servers, firewalls, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Develop and execute cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and virtualization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional site visits
