Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems and cloud infrastructure
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT project implementations
- Document system configurations and create technical documentation
- Monitor network performance and optimize system efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Strong proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or similar preferred
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
