- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record in Scrum/Kanban implementations
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure preferred)
