Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
- Manage and troubleshoot network systems including firewalls and VPNs
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex IT issues and system outages
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps practices
- Document system architectures and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and networking technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Valid work authorization requiring visa sponsorship
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
