Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (cotton, chili peppers, onions)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain irrigation systems and field conditions
- Inspect crops for pests and diseases

- Assist with packing and sorting produce
- Follow all safety protocols and H2A regulations
Qualifications
