Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and stock rotation in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for dispatch
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in physical inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
