- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing assets
- Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and content marketing strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
