Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in compliance with HIPAA/PCI standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics while maintaining quality assurance standards
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
