Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in compliance with company policies
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Spanish fluency required (English mandatory)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
