Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and product issues using CRM systems
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance revenue
- Train on new products/services quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Spanish bilingual required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license (if field visits needed)
