Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Immediate availability to start work
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
