Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, response times)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new team members on processes and tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
