Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product catalog and policies
- Meet/exceed daily productivity metrics (25+ interactions/hr)
- Participate in weekly training to refine skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (internships accepted)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving with calm demeanor under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
