Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, order issues, and service disruptions
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Participate in weekly process improvement workshops
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance for all customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
