Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product inquiries and technical issues using CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and tech teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases in real-time
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
