Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues with hardware/software products
- Document cases in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance targets (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Train new hires on customer service protocols
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting common IT issues
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
