- Process orders, returns, and service tickets using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Participate in weekly team performance reviews
- Train on new product releases and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
