Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
