Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries and service disruptions using CRM tools
- Process customer orders and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in Salesforce database with 99%+ precision
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (CSAT >90%)
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue resolution
- Participate in bi-weekly performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
