Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns efficiently using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer problem resolution
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores and resolution rates

Qualifications
