Responsibilities
- Respond to 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone and email
- Resolve billing and service issues using CRM systems
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (95%+)
- Participate in weekly performance improvement sessions
- Support new hire onboarding as senior team member
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environment
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts (10% of schedule)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screen
