- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support weekend rotational shift coverage as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting with composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
