Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and product offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds with a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and share feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a degree is NOT required for this position.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed and navigating web browsers.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cincinnati office.
