Responsibilities

- Accurately process orders, returns, and account updates while maintaining detailed records.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to resolve complex account issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and escalate recurring product or service issues to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
