Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries and product support issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions for new product launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
