- Resolve billing inquiries and service issues
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics for call volume and resolution
- Document interactions accurately in company databases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Proficient with basic computer applications
