Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using proprietary CRM software
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues effectively
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and occasional holidays
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Spanish fluency a significant plus for bilingual opportunities
