Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints within SLA
- Update and maintain customer records in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical team to escalate complex issues
- Document all interactions and resolutions per company protocol
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and resolution time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume setting
