Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, harvesting, and sorting crops
- Operate agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist with crop irrigation and field maintenance activities
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions to meet production targets
- Participate in mandatory safety training and team briefings
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural or farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
