Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, integrating AI, Quantum Computing, and next-gen Cloud ecosystems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and deployment of high-performance, scalable software solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Agents) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategic business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish governance frameworks for system reliability, security, and data integrity in decentralized networks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in System Design, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Generative AI integration.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts and their application in practical enterprise solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
