- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define innovation pilots and R&D projects that align with long-term business goals.
- Present compelling visions and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of translating high-level strategic concepts into actionable project plans.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems, including AI, blockchain, and advanced computing.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of information.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
