Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable system architectures that integrate AI models with quantum-ready hardware protocols.
- Lead the Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026 projects, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- System Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of high-performance computing clusters and neural network infrastructures.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring junior architects and engineers to think beyond current limitations.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, ethical AI usage, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the prototyping of revolutionary interfaces and autonomous agents for the 2026 consumer market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing infrastructure.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems; familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to launch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
