Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including packing, labeling, and sorting goods.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Unload shipments and prepare them for distribution or storage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination and background check.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic ability to read and write in English is required for safety compliance.
- Open to working in various weather conditions (outdoor agricultural or warehouse settings).
- Must be eligible for EB3 Unskilled Labor Certification.
