Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assist in the daily assembly and production processes on the factory floor.
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Inventory Management: Help maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with basic inventory checks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items to ensure they meet quality specifications before final packaging.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: On-the-job training is provided for all new hires.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- English Proficiency: Basic English reading and speaking skills are necessary for safety and communication.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Eligibility to work in the US or ability to obtain a work visa.
