- Supervise 10-15 warehouse associates during night shift operations

- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency through data-driven performance metrics
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and experience with WMS software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
