Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Participate in and manage our on-site Hiring Event in Milwaukee.
- Sourcelist top talent through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Conduct technical screen interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the Milwaukee and Wisconsin job market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
