Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Lead data exploration efforts to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, ML engineering, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
