Responsibilities
- Assist clients with product inquiries and technical issues via email and live chat.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client needs efficiently.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our service delivery and products.
- Participate in daily virtual stand-ups and weekly training sessions to stay aligned.
- Conduct market research to support business development and sales initiatives.
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
