- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Engineering, to resolve complex client issues.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer operations.
