Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ICU/ER departments with advanced monitoring protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Mentor junior nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Conduct patient/family education on treatment plans and discharge procedures
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree from accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for endorsement in Florida)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in ICU or ER setting
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and electronic documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated cultural competence
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1 transfer)
