Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Lead patient education initiatives and discharge planning processes
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international qualification
- Active RN license in home country with minimum 2 years acute care experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL iBT ≥100 or IELTS ≥7.0)
- Certification in specialty area (e.g., ACLS, BLS, CCRN)
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN or CGFNS examination
- Eligibility for TN-1 or H-1B visa classification
