Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient education and family support
- Adhere to JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants when assigned
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent international credential)
- Active RN license in home country
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- NCLEX-RN pass guarantee program support
- US visa eligibility (we process TN, H-1B, or green cards)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Specialty certification preferred (e.g., CCRN, ACLS)
