Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest premium greenhouse crops using precision agriculture techniques
- Operate advanced irrigation systems and climate control technology
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management protocols
- Perform quality control inspections and post-harvest handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all growing areas
- Collaborate with agronomists to optimize yield and crop quality
- Document daily activities and inventory using digital farm management systems
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain through sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years verifiable crop production experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic literacy and numeracy for equipment operation and record-keeping
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain consistent attendance
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
