Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in hotel/public spaces
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for hospitality venues
- Operate basic equipment (floor buffers, pressure washers) safely
- Follow sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
- Participate in cross-departmental training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid work authorization (or eligible for EB3 sponsorship)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
