Responsibilities

- Assist with event setup and coordination for conferences and weddings
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
