Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing floor with high precision.
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas and targets.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors to execute tasks efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the safety officer.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English (essential for safety training and documentation).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Valid identification documents ready for the I-9 verification process.
