Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, backhoes, bulldozers) efficiently and safely.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow project blueprints and site specifications precisely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members.
- Load and unload construction materials as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License or CDL (Class A/B).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and protocols.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
