Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and oversee the strategic vision for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead AI Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts for C-suite executives and board members to drive buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) to identify market opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Build and lead a high-performance R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for experimental technology programs and secure partnerships with key technology vendors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity (Director or VP level).
- AI & Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI trends, specifically as they apply to enterprise architecture for 2026.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade at the highest levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying white-space opportunities and turning them into scalable business solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on market data.
