Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the R&D team in pioneering next-generation Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure capable of handling global scale.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical strategies into measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering culture focused on innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the integration of emerging tech stacks, ensuring our platform remains future-proof.
- Manage budget allocation for technology initiatives and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of scaling technology platforms from startup phase to enterprise maturity.
- Strong background in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and adapt quickly.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
